I don't know how to install? (110.x)

I have no idea if I'm doing something wrong or what.

SETUP
The directory of C:/program/files/mozilla firefox/ contains
folders

• defaults

files

• config.js
• firefox.exe

where those are grabbed from this github's instructions page

Then I go to my chrome folder in my profile like in the instructions.
This directory of C:/.../Appdata/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/xxxxxxx/chrome contains
folders

• content
• global
• icons
• toolbar (from some userChrome and userContent.css)
• utils (contains BootstrapLoader.jsm, chrome.manifest, etc. - grabbed from utils for addons + extensions)

files

• beQuiet.uc.js
• extensionOptionsMenu.uc.js
• extensionsUpdateChecker.uc.js (not txt, it's .js)
• rebuild_userChrome.uc.js
• userChrome.css
• userContent.css

I restarted cache and I have the userscript icon.
It states enabled and the two scripts are also enabled

Tooltip says rclick, lclick, mclick, etc. and they work but lctrl + middle mouse to open the homepage does not work.

This virtually is everything on the instruction video up to @2.40
TROUBLESHOOTING

• I have looked at other stuff to see what I'm missing vs their screenshots and such. There was mention of it being in the top toolbar (with file, edit, view, etc.) and yeah, still can't let me to go homepage
• There apparently might be something of userChrome in about:addons but I don't have anything of that sort.
• Customizing the toolbar doesn't show anything of the same icon that's on the readme for extensionOptionsMenu but it is located in the rebuild_userChrome menu and is enabled
• There's a file called userChrome.js somewhere that someone is talking about but I only have .css and .jsm.
• I downloaded the entire firefox-script/chrome/utils folder and placed the folders in but that didn't do anything with the .xhtml file that you open there that someone was talking about that would open something in firefox, I just got a white page with a red box. I saw that there was a config file elsewhere to download, it told me a disclaimer with no way to get past this.
• Is there no backwards compatibility kind of thing? I can't see one with a comment of fx110 so I tried BeQuiet since it's fx111 but nothing.

So either I'm missing something stupidly obvious and I'm dumb or my fx110 install is buggered?
