Implement easy function definition for Sidebar

There is if, while and for implemented in the Sidebar which allows for easy code manipulation. We only miss the actual implementation of function.

Does it mean I can select some code, click on func and I'll have some
function declaration somewhere along with function call?

Is this really implemented? Can you please tell me where?
