Redirect Output

Since we're using this script on a Synology Rackstation we'd like to redirect everything to a logfile.
But trying to redirect the stdout/stderr streams does not work.

It'd be nice to have an option for a log-file, e.g.
--log-file /var/log/myBackupRetention.log
