StreamWriter with excelize.Cell do not take effect

Description

stream_writer, 参考 Go 语言的写法，指定通过 excelize.Cell 定义值时好像没生效，不是很清楚是，代码问题，还是当前不支持，还是 Bug。

Steps to reproduce the issue

测试代码如下：

f = excelize.new_file()
try:
    stream_writer = f.new_stream_writer("Sheet1")
    stream_writer.set_row("A2", [excelize.Cell(value="Hello, World!"), "Hello, World!"])
    stream_writer.flush()
    f.save_as("Book1.xlsx")
except RuntimeError as err:
    print(err)
finally:
    err = f.close()
    if err:
        print(err)

Describe the results you received

最终只有第二个 Hello, World! 出现在表格Book1.xlsx 里。

Thanks for your issue. Currently, the stream writer doesn't support accept cell value in excelize.Cell data type, I will add support for this later.
