yMetadata - Basic and Dudesahn - yDaemon Metadata and Icons

Scope

Maintain the meta / risk section of yDaemon, and asset icons updates. Basic and Dudesahn would monitor for new permissionlessly deployed vaults and strategies via ySync and would be responsible for the risk, icons, yearn meta file, strategies, risk score, descriptions, retirement, and want token descriptions sections of ySync. This is what we have been previously contributing to via Xopowo but would like to make it under our own request now.

note this is for updating metadata on yDaemon and not development of it in Go.

Plan

Basic will Maintain the metadata on yDaemon for all products the API supports. Check ySync for new vaults and update the info so yDaemon can output up-to-date info to any and all applications that find the API useful and consume it. As well as work with the Security Team team to make sure the risk data is up-to-date as needed for both v2 and v3 Vault version.

Basic and Dudesahn will work with the Xopowo team's designers to create new vault and deposit token icons as needed and update them to the appropriate github repos. As well as coordinate with Explorer teams to update names and icons for vaults and tokens.
