SGD API Examples

This is a collection of python scripts which demonstrate how to access data from the SGD API.

Setup

$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Run Examples

$ python examples/genes_annotated_to_phenotype.py
$ python examples/get_basic_gene_info.py
$ python examples/chromosome_i_sequences.py
