I know dumb question but i searched all over.

What exactly does that do i only see the technical part and that is simply a web ui for the other go written router.

but i mean who implements that for what case if some one wants to report a bug he can do so by mail.  Do i get that right that the idea here is to setup routes so  that some one can access that system part to test it?
