Quarry Plus disappears after being wrenched or broken

I have the wrong github. Sorry! It won't let me delete this. No idea if it happens in 1.7.10.

Quarry Plus 1.1.0 on Forge 14.23.5.2838 (1.12.2)

(1) Run a quarrry to completion
(2) Break the frame of the quarry
(3) Place new markers without moving the quarry plus, placing the marker next to it last.
(4) Link the markers
(5) Wrench the quarry plus, it appears in the air for 1/3 a second or so then vanishes from existence.

If done correctly, the markers are still in place and connected with the red line and the quarry never actually starts again.

I don't know how many of these steps are necessary, but I did this by accident then recreated it in creative using these steps.
