I would like to see an English-to-Arabic dictionary edition be used in Yomitan

There is a small en-ar dictionary in downloads. A full en-ar from the Arabic wiktionary is not yet possible, since kaikki does not yet support that edition - see tatuylonen/wiktextract#534.

Even then, the ar wiktionary is quite small, so it probably does not have many english entries...
