Looks like you don't have your Java environment set up properly. Specifically JAVA_HOME environment variable.

Not a bug in Yomu per se, although Yomu doesn't do any checks to validate that java is installed which could be seen as a usability improvement.

On a side note, it would appear that the author of the gem (@Erol) has abandoned the project. I've tried to contact him a number of times but no response :( When I get some time I'll take a look at improving the messaging around this issue in a fork I've made: https://github.com/abrom/henkei
