RowOffset removed?

Previously RowOffset was possible, now it has been removed in commit c7e306e for no obvious reason?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update from previous version to latest
2. See compiler error

Expected behavior
RowOffset should still be possible
