Cell Formula is not persisted when editing the file

Describe the bug
When a formula is add to a cell, correct calculation is performed and cell value is updated as per the formula. However, after downloading the file is the fields are edited automatic calculation is not performed.

Eg.
var ref1 = worksheet.Cell(row, 10); var ref2 = worksheet.Cell(row, 11); cell.FormulaA1= $"={ref2}-{ref1}"; var value = cell.Value;

above gives me value of '3' when ref1=3 and ref2=6. However, when the file is downloaded, edited in MS excel and value of ref2 is changed to 10 the formulated cell value is still 3.

Expected behavior
Formula should persist as it would in excel file
