Send weekly report

  • Sarabun: all open issues in the system.
  • Head: all open issues in his/her assigned_department.
  • Officer: all open issue in he/she is in assigned_user.

Template something like this:

คุณมีเรื่องร้องเรียนที่ยังเปิดอยู่ทั้งหมด 10 เรื่อง
