Vault indexing is paused on an empty vault

I worked out this was the S2B not initialised. The behaviour was that the addon appeared as if it was forever indexing an empty vault. Other odd behaviour was that if I collapsed the indexing widget at the top of the chat panel, it never came back.

I exited and restarted obsidian and this sorted itself out. But any reason why something like "initialisation required restart obsidian" is not displayed in the inaugural state? The initialisation prompt only came up when trying to ask a question.

That is, rather than having an "indexing vault" with "pause" displayed to immitate indexing occuring forever, put an explicit message in it's place. The addon must already know, at that point, it isn't initialised. Why wait until user tries to use it to report it isn't initialised?
