安装了GTK3Runtime，按理说和Windrecorder无关，为什么会好好的用这个dll...检查不出来，这个好像是弄什么Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm的

🤔idk，不过我电脑搜了下如果是tesseract-ocr会用到，神秘捏

我是之前安装别的记录类程序，手动安装了gtk3runtime，卸载gtk3runtime的时候发现被占用，用process monitor看了一下，是windrecord的python占用的。
everything搜了一下，也就只有这里有这个dll了。按理说是不会调用他的。。停止搜索页面后，占用也解除了。。到底是啥东西调了dll？？

有点担心这个是不是什么依赖，不敢删除了😭😭

出错了再说，我也不知道怎么会被占用（
