Could someone confirm for me if the app is not working on Fire TV? I am having problems. The video sometimes opens but after a few seconds it sends an error and stops playing.

The only way to get it back is uninstall and reinstall the app

You have a whole other problem you need to make a different report about. This is about the app icon missing. The app otherwise works fine on my end.
