Identical. Playlist section only shows a cloud ideogram and underneath the message "Index: 9, Size: 8". No playlist items visible.

SmartTube: 26.11 (up to date)
Nvidia Shield TV Pro: 9.2(33.2.0.302) (up to date)
Android TV: 11 (up to date)

It fixed itself within about 48 hours. I probably tried deleting the cache and rebooting the device but I didn't reset or reinstall or update to a newer version. Eventually, everything just went back to normal. Note that I have another device (of a different brand) which is on the same app version but it never had this issue.

@walleyeman has the issue just gone away for you, as well?
