Virtual machine suitable for PHP development (Symfony, Laravel, Drupal 8, etc). Build with Ubuntu 12.04 including apache, mysql, and php packages.
If you don't want / can't use vagrant, create your own Virtual Box image with
Ubuntu 12.04, then get the provisioning folder on it and follow instructions
in provisioning\README.MD to setup the server
