Help with generating the info files

Hello @yxlao congratulations for your awesome work, very cool!

I am trying to reproduce your results, however the first step of generating the info files for kitti and waymo is not working as described in your README.
I believe the folders data_split/waymo/ and data_split/kitti are missing. Are those exactly the same as in here (https://github.com/CVMI-Lab/ST3D/tree/master/data) just with a different name data/waymo/ImageSets/ and data/kitti/ImageSets/ ??
