i just stored my ZCL for now in a paper wallet. but how can i spend it? i cannot download anything in zcl wallet because its not compatible in my chromebook. Please help!

Good question!

You can install Ubuntu Linux on your Chromebook - https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/install-ubuntu-on-chromebook#0

It won't be super powerful, but should be able to run the electrum-zcl linux release.
