Rename Electrum.app to Electrum-ZCL.app on macOS #68

Please rename "Electrum.app" to "Electrum-ZCL.app" so that it can co-exist with Electrum and Electrum-LTC on macOS. In version 1.0.1 the ZCL Electrum app is named the same and hence, clashes.

Version 1.03 also continues to conflict with Electrum.app by https://www.electrum.org

I have a work around for this issue. I created a Electrum-ZCL folder in my Applications folder and dragged the Electrum.app from the installer to this new folder and renamed it to Electrum-ZCL.app.
