Make screen dimming apps dim the status bar

Hi,

SystemUITuner can hide the statusbar but unfortunately it can't (or at least I haven't found the feature) make apps like twilight gain back the functionality to dim the entire screen including statusbar and bottom icons (back, home, apps)
I'm still unhappy about them making these changes since Android 8 because the system minimums are never dim enough when it's completely dark.
I hope you can do something about it.
