Bug: android notifications `null` data field

Summary

Due to the forced migration to FCM V1 required for maintaining notifications working for Android, there seems to be a problem accessing data inside the notifications payload.

There is currently an open issue on the expo side to address this before the migration deadline (July 20): expo/expo#28656
