I have a question that how to set the input dimensions of bipartite networks if the input node numbers of drug or disease are different or dynamic changed during training, or the input node numbers are different between training and testing. In my understanding, the input node number of bipartite networks should be fixed during training, is it correct? Thank you in advance.
