Private Window Home and New Tab Needs Options

Private windows do not respect my home or new tab preferences.

I don't want to see Duck Duck Go's logo with a search text field and the anonymity warning notice every time I launch a private window. I use DDG in the omnibar, and I understand what I'm doing. I understand the value of letting users know that private windows only clear cookies and such on the close of the private window and that it doesn't actually give us anonymity on the internet.

My idea is to show that notice once as a pop-up and then leave the preferences & design of our new tab alone. Or at least give us options to change the design of private mode home page & new tabs etc.

I prefer a blank tab personally and would love it if it followed light/dark status of the OS. Others might want to do something else with their private window home and new tabs.
