URL from the tutorial (https://github.com/zeplin/zeplin-extension-documentation/blob/master/tutorial.md)
http://localhost:7070/manifest.json doesn't work for me on Windows 10, but when I try only http://localhost:7070 then it works

Thanks for the report @kubiqsk. There's definitely a confusion there, we'll update the clients/docs to support both.
