[Bug] [BetterFormattingRedux] Messages with attachments don't apply formatting

Describe the Bug
any message with the special formats and an image will not properly reformat

To Reproduce
type a message using non-standard wrapping(s), attach an image, send (or image first, it doesn't matter)

Expected Behavior
i would expect the plugin to do what it does without an image getting in the way

Additional Context
happens when this is the only plugin active
happens with other 'reformatting' plugins (e.x.: AutoSilentMessage, SocialMediaLinkConverter) so i imagine it could be a limitation of BD, but I'm unsure
