Any way to change size of secondary window dynamically?

You can set the size of the secondary window using secondaryInitialSize parameter. However, I can't seem to figure out how to change this once the component is loaded? I have set the size to a state variable, but updating the variable doesn't change the size.

Is there anyway to change this after the component /page is loaded?

For what it's worth, you can do it using their private component API by attaching a ref to the component

<SplitterLayout ref={component => { component.setState({ secondaryPaneSize: 500 }); }} />

if you want to do it dynamically, just save the ref in a useRef or something.

Obviously, it would be preferable for the package maintainer to add a first party API to do this.

What would this look like if I was using a functional component?

@ElixirMike I'm not sure what you think would be different? component in this case is the instance of the SplitterLayout component from the package, which is a class component. I came up with this example within a function component.
