How to use this without Biicode?

For now there's just the plain old CMake way. The CMakeLists.txt file is written in a way that works for both Biicode and plain old CMake.

I intend to update CCSpec to use Conan for dependency management, which replaces Biicode, but never had the chance to sit down and work on it...
