Hi,
I tried to install PPR-META on HPC by using conda. However, the python2.7.12 is not available on conda cloud. I'm wondering could I use another version of python? like 2.7.15?
And, it would be perfect if you would release a conda package like other bioinformatic tools.

Thank you!

best regards,
NAN

Thank you for your suggestion! It may be OK using python 2.7.x (but there by be some problem using python 3.x). And we reaommand to install the Keras and Tensorflow according to the version mentioned in the manual because a slight difference of these packages often causes the incompatibility.
