Installation Log:
1. install ruby: https://jekyllrb.com/docs/installation/windows/
	1.1 run jekyll -v --> success if you can see the jekyll (version)
2. install git (this may cause error: There was an error while loading `bulma-clean-theme.gemspec`: No such file or directory - git ls-files -z. Bundler cannot continue.)
3. Could not find rouge-3.11.1 in any of the sources : Run `bundle install` to install missing gems.
4. Finished.
	4.1 if encounter : C:/Ruby26-x64/lib/ruby/gems/2.6.0/gems/eventmachine-1.2.7-x64-mingw32/lib/rubyeventmachine.rb:2:in `require': cannot load such file -- 2.6/rubyeventmachine (LoadError)
	    Then do as follows: (https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller2/issues/96)
			gem uninstall eventmachine
			gem install eventmachine --platform ruby
Finally, run: bundle exec jekyll serve --livereload


In __config.yml on the GitHub repo, we should use:
