使用的是官方网页gpt 3.5提取的cookie，电脑可以正常访问官方gpt并聊天，非gpt plus账号，使用的是打包好的安装包，这个是什么原因

没搞懂打包好以后的启动器代理那块填什么，订阅链接？代理用的是clash for windows 本地环境是win11 r9000p+32G+rtx3060laptop
