I am not able to generate the report in html and also unable to find what is going wrong? Could you please help me to solve this issue?

Sure. I would be happy to help if I can.

Do you see any specific error messages in the R console?

Could you do a sessionInfo() copy the results here?

Other users have had issues if external tools like pandoc or phantomjs was not installed. This thread might help with such issues:
