error with aa_analysis.py #1

hello @zolotarov, I have been trying to fix the aa_analysis.py script for a while now on my own *_parsed_tab to use it on my diatom but couldn't resolve the issue. I had to filter the table manually on Excel because the blast_parser.py didn't work on my data.
I'm not a bioinformatician or a coder but I tried many approaches to fix it. Do you mind checking it for an update? that would be life-saving for me!
