Since ZPanel is using Bootstrap v3.0.0 already it should be relatively easy to upgrade to the latest version. I'll have a look sometime and add my changes to a pull request.

I've also noticed the theme files are very messy and still contains a ton of files from the old theme. Maybe I should give it a clean up?

Hey just a heads up, this will be a time vampire. 3.0.0 (version ZPanel is using) was rolled out before the big Bootstrap grid system refactor.

There isn't much point then, especially if a new ZPanel is getting worked on anyway. I defintely don't fancy raking through all the files and changing each grid.
