The installer for zplug

To install zplug to your system, run this command:

$ curl -sL --proto-redir -all,https https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zplug/installer/master/installer.zsh | zsh

Things to do

install zplug
install zplug man page to $MANPATH
and so on
