TypeError: argument 'weight': must be real number, not list

Dear GSEApy team,

Thanks for developing this useful package.
I have used ssgsea before without a problem. However, the current release seemed to have some issues.

Current environment -> python 3.13; gseapy 1.1.9

Testing using the example data provided:

import gseapy as gp
# txt, gct file input
ss = gp.ssgsea(data='./tests/extdata/Leukemia_hgu95av2.trim.txt',
               gene_sets='./tests/extdata/h.all.v7.0.symbols.gmt',
               outdir=None,
               sample_norm_method='rank', # choose 'custom' will only use the raw value of `data`
               no_plot=True)

Error: TypeError: argument 'weight': must be real number, not list.

If someone knows how to fix it, please let me know.

I used gseapy v.1.1.8 and it worked.
