How about the ability to save bookmarks as separate files?

Bookmarks are a very useful feature when you're editing long pieces of code or writing long articles.

However, you can't save these bookmarks as separate files, so if you're typing something long, bookmark it, and then close the file, the bookmarks list disappears.

What do you think about adding the ability to save and read bookmarks as separate files?

It seems no editor does this (or save code folding states).

I use a work around. Save a control char Alt + 001 and then search by \x01
