Index route complete and working.

Added the routes for show and create. Also added validation that name and artist are required. Testing both routes with Postman and they are working correctly.

Added the routes for update - put and delete. Also added validation to the put route. Updated the error handling messages for all routes. Tested in Postman and all routes are working correctly.
