Summary
This adds a very easy way for developers to set up their environment, using devcontainers.
Personal note
It would be easier if there were a devcontainer to set up the whole environment. I initially had trouble setting it up, so that's why I decided to do this. I don't plan on maintaining it, though I don't think it needs any maintenance :)
