Display quick explination
The time updates every 5 seconds while the forcast updates every 2 minutes, this allows for private day by day testing and can be changed if desired
From top to bottom
- Current time: Displays the time in the local time of the system
- Weather icon: The icon showing the current weather
- Weather icon text: The API description of the icon if the image fails to load for whatever reason
- Current temperature: Shows the temperature in °F or °C (based on the data gotten)
- Apparent temperature: Shows what temperature it feels like
- Summary: A summary of the next hour roughly
- Powered by: A powered by line to conform with the DarkSky API T&Cs, links to the DarkSky website
This shows the days, from the current day at the top to 4 days in advance at the bottom
From left to right
- Day: The day it's showing information for
- Weather icon: The icon showing the worst weather for that day, 2 similar weather conditions (e.g. clear-day and clear-night) are identical in this case
- Max temperature: The expected max temperature for the day (uses the same format as the current temperature)
- Min temperature: The expected min temperature for the day (uses the same format as the current temperature)
- Sunrise: The expected time for the sunrise
- Sunset: The expected time for the sunset
- Summary: A summary for the day, typically lines up with the icon for that day
