make sure that it doesnt error if you get the type wrong in a give command
here is the correct way to do it. minecraft:give since it needs cmi which overrides it by default
/minecraft:give @p minecraft:shulker_box{BlockEntityTag:{PublicBukkitValues:{"456restrictedbackshulkers:custom_open_cost":-1d}}}
