This milestone contains issues associated with the work needed for Max to implement skeleton-based features to investigate DNA knots and cats, and for Jean to implement spline-based features to investigate curvatures of linear DNA-protein interactions.

All of the tracing and curvature functionality from the earlier versions of Topostats will be available in the current version.
