- Removed empty FUNDING.yml
- Added CODEOWNERS to lock down the repo
- Added bug and feature report templates
- Added standard workflow requiring all master PRs come from Dev branch.
- Adjusting Branch security requiring code approval and enabling dependabot.

Can you confirm that my reverse merges into dev from master came out okay? |

Support for switching between develop and stable was removed last year in 769d8ac. |

Ah, I see. Good to know, in that case we will need to restore that functionality I believe. But for now it's not a deal breaker as we can still use dev to promote changes to master which is really what this PR is about |
