Remove obsolete KNWOUT.html file from root directory

This PR removes the KNWOUT.html file from the root directory of the repository as it is no longer needed.

Background

The project structure has been reorganized with the main application files now located in the KNWOUT/ subdirectory, which contains index.html as the primary entry point. The root-level KNWOUT.html file has become obsolete and was causing confusion in the project structure.

Impact

While some existing files still reference KNWOUT.html (such as forecast.html, aboutus.html, login.html, and History.html), the removal of this file is intentional as part of the project cleanup. The active weather application now resides in the KNWOUT/ directory with its own complete set of HTML files including:

• KNWOUT/index.html - Main weather application
• KNWOUT/aboutus.html - About page
• KNWOUT/History.html - Weather history functionality
• KNWOUT/forecast.html - Weather forecasting
• KNWOUT/login.html - User authentication

This cleanup helps maintain a cleaner project structure and eliminates duplicate/obsolete files.
