This release is crazy breaking from the previous one. The directory structure has changed. Node must be upgraded so discord.js can be upgraded to v12.2. Scripts, data files, and MHTimer.js all moved.

I regret that there is no automated process to move these files. Data needs to move to the data directory manually (hunters.json, nicknames.json, settings.json, and timer_settings.json. Also dbgames_locations.json if using dbgames as a relic hunter source).

settings.json has additional new options.
