Chatlogger Plugin

Requires plugin: chatlogger
Logs all chats (messages, membership and rename events) into individual text files, one per conversation.
This is the modernised plugin version of the old chatlogger hook.
In config.json, add the following keys:
"chatlogger.path": "/path/to/storage/folder/"
Replace /path/to/storage/folder/ with the folder of your choice
