it seems that the license on the repo is seen as "Other" by GitHub and is not viewed as actually intended as "MIT".
i think there may be two problems coming from existance of the
COPYRIGHTfile and possibly from the specific wording in theLICENSEwhich doesn't conform exactly with the License template in GitHub....not sure if this is helpful, but i thought i'd PR it anyway.
