This PR adds a troubleshooting article explaining why Adobe Commerce Cloud 2.4.4–2.4.5 falls back to Elasticsearch7 even when OpenSearch is selected.
The article includes the issue details, steps to reproduce, the cause, and the configuration update required in .magento.env.yaml to resolve the fallback.
