Purpose of this pull request

This pull request (PR) adds the additional information regarding the removal of X-Magento-Cache-Id in graphQL mutation.

These changes are for already existing code. It is just to add more clarity and explanation to already existing feature.
This documentation change must be included in the 2.4.9 release instead of current production.

@keharper,

Trigger phrases are no longer supported. You'll need to open the Jenkins dashboard, navigate to the import pipeline, and manually run the build to import PRs now.
